The oven temperature needs some minor adjustments. When I am roasting chicken at 375 I need to let the temperature heat up for about 20 minutes. Then monitor the inside thermometer at slightly under 375. Every time I open the oven door to turn the chicken the temperature significantly, drops. So I allow for this while cooking. With monitoring the oven temperature the oven cooks beautifully. When roasting sweet potatoes NO monitoring is necessary. The stovetop cooks very well and is easy to clean. I am very pleased with this stove.

I purchased this range from Amazon. I cannot get the conversion kit from the distributor or the Manufacturer. I am now stuck with a $1300 stove that I cannot use. This should be illegal, it is an unsafe practice.
