The longest part of this setup honestly was making sure the ground or base is level beforehand. Once that was done you just follow the instructions for the in and output locations for the filter pump and fill it up. You will need to inflate the top ring and I used a simple bicycle pump. This pool is wonderful and well worth the money.

First off, the top ring does not inflate as easily as you would think/hope. Second, unless the ground is COMPLETELY flat and level the pool will not maintain its shape (and maybe not even then); once the shape is compromised it will no longer hold water. We tried a spot that had been level enough for prior pools. The water pooled to one side making the shape more oval than round, then the whole thing collapsed. We moved to to another area that had also been level enough for prior pools, same thing happened. We spent a weekend excavating and leveling a place for our third attempt. We could only get it within a 1" slope over a 15 ft. run and thought that would be flat enough. Nope. Still wouldn't hold water. It looked like it might hold long enough for the kids to splash around for an hour or so... but the first time they climbed in the inflatable ring popped. Three attempts; one of them even on excavated, leveled, smoothed ground. Three times this "easy up" pool failed to hold water (wasting over 6.000 gallons). AND it popped on the first use. Piece of trash.

Vinyl is cheap and thin. Lasted 6 days before even minor things like a dog resting his paws on the rim caused holes. Not clawing just resting. Never mind kids climbing in and out. The thing is garbage. Very dissapointed kids. Save your money and don't buy this.

I am really enjoying this pool. It is a good size for small yards and to have a float around and cool off. It is deep enough for me to sit in and it covers up to my shoulders. I bought a pool hammock and love spending the afternoon floating around with a cool beverage on a hot day. You will need to take care of it though like any pool. Learning to balance the chemicals is key and rinsing out the filter every 1-2 days is important. The kids are really enjoying it too.

Way overpriced even for covid times. Filter is awful, essentially does nothing and needs to be cleaned 2x daily. OnlyPositive is easy to take down and move due to no frame. Not worth it

Great way to cool off in the summer! I just set the pool up this weekend and it was so easy. You don't need more than one person to set it up, Just spread it out, blow up the ring, and fill with water.... simple! I love it! This is the second time I have bough the pool from this company... great product!

Did a lot of looking around on reviews. It’s easy enough to set and fill up, there were no leaks in mine. As I seen that some people had weeds and grass grow through their tarps AND pool I laid down some heavy duty “contractor” tarps. I also laid down some extra padding (i.e. old workout mats). I had enough for the bulk of the center of pool and, to me, they were helpful but to properly do the full pool it’d have costed ≈$120+ to do the full circumference. Moving on, you definitely want some sort of pump to air up the upper rim (I has to pull my car into my yard to use a pump that plugged into my car lighter port). As pretty much everyone else says, you need to get your land/yard as even as possible. Mine wasn’t “perfect” and it definitely bulged to one side, but was still “fine” for the 2mo of use. You might as well order all the accessories: a skimming net; a cover; chlorine/ chemicals; and some sort of vacuum. You may like to get extra filters too, though just an fyi the pump sucks. The water we filled up ours w/ is irrigation water so i knew it was going be very difficult to keep “sparkling” clean (i.e. wasn’t going to happen). You have to be pretty vigilant w/ ur chemicals and cleaning or algae and dirt (even when covered) can get to take over pretty quick. I’m putting it away for the season too and the drain didn’t really “work” as expected so it was a bit of a pain to get all the water out. All-in-all, this 12ft/30in pool was really fun for the grandchildren (e.g. 5-6yrs old). You definitely have to be aware that the “30 inches ” deep description applies to the top of the inflatable part, not how deep the water is going to be. I would think for bigger kids (10-12yrs old) a 36in might do and for adults to kinda “lounge” w/ an above ground pool you’re probably going to be looking at 42in or more. I think a pool any deeper and you would reasonably would need a ladder to safely (and economically, good Lord forbid u collapse the side, tear, or put a hole in it) get in and out. So in conclusion, kinda know what you’re getting yourself: the pool was ≈$150 ; $70 2 tarps; $40 for 60” level; ≈$60 for skimming net/shock treatments/jet vacuum (padding would be a plus, but potentially another $100+). Then there is the labor of a few hours to initially level the ground and then 20-30min cleaning it every couple days. This summer in central WA we probably had a 8 weeks of 90°+ weather (2-3 weeks of 100°) so even this 28in deep little wading pool did come in really handy this summer 😎🤷🏽♂️.

This is a great pool size for lounging around in - even for adults and teens. Not so deep that it's crazy cold, but enough depth to relax on floaties and cool off. Unfortunately, when our pool arrived, there was a hole in the seam of the pool - which of course we didn't see until the pool had been filled. Also, the blow up circular area kept loosing air and needed to be pumped up every few days. Thankfully our seller reimbursed us our money for the purchase.

This pool was only 2 1/2 ft deep and out grandkids that used it were 12 & 9 and even the adults would get in. It was deep enough for them to splash around in and cool off. It served its purpose it got the kids outside for a while. We are closing it up for next year. We definitely got our monies worth.

I love the pool!!!. It was a good value. Me kids have enjoyed every minute of Covid pool life. I read a lot of bad reviews, I would recommend you put a tarp under the pool if it's going on concrete. I've only had it for 1 month and I'll be happy if it gets us thru the summer. The pool is inexpensive happiness, just handle with care and things will work out. 🥳

We’ve had our pool for two months. I have a 3 and 5 year old. It is the perfect size for their ages!!The pool is Super easy to assemble. We have lines/wrinkles at the bottom of the pool bc we weren’t able to get them all out when filling but aside from that, easy nice pool! We did buy a tarp to put under the pool so some wrinkles might be / are probably from that as well. The filter works great. We put two 1”chlorine tabs in the filter once a week and change the filter every two weeks and we’ve had perfect water. We have water that pools up every day by the in out tubes for the filter, we thought we had a leak. Whatever it is is not effecting the level of the pool. Sounds odd but it doesn’t. Maybe it’s the filter, the lines.. we aren’t concerned bc it is not major and we haven’t had to put any water in the pool.No ladder is needed.I would recommend this pool to anyone who has little kids or who just wants to float!

The pool was overpriced probably due to pandemic pricing. I am not OK with gouging, normally, but it is the best $400 overcharge I have ever paid, and we had crap weather this summer... The filter, as most reviewers have noted, is not very effective, but better than nothing. Our little is already asking for summer back and to go in the pool... it's December. However, the fittings were not good quality and if we hadn't had access to silicone tape, a file, some orange gunk, moxie, and a pipefitter we would have been screwed. The drain fitting would not hook up to our hose, so it made fall takedown tedious, at best.

Perfect for my back yard, it wasn't too small or too big My kids were very happy and they learned to swim with this pool. My husband and I also fit which was great :) I felt like the pump was too small though.
