As a landlord, I have installed over a hundred faucets, the design of the faucet does not allow any room for flexibility, I had to ad a hose for extra room, the mixture valve leaked, the drains leaked and gave instructions if it leaks use caulking?! I will never buy a faucet on Amazon again.

I purchased this a while ago. Finally had proper tools and time to install the way I wanted it. Actually not that difficult for a non plumber. I do suggest 2 people if you need to drill new access holes. LOVE it!!

This is a nice piece. It was so reasonably priced, I was worried until I received it. It was just as pictured and works great. Very happy with purchase.

This is a nice faucet for the price. I’ve tried others and they didn’t fit the size for the holes I needed. This was a little difficult to install but once it’s in it has a nice flow and Easy turn knobs.

Yes, this does allow a decent flow of water to fill a bathtub! Our local home improvement stores carried nothing for a "Roman" tub faucet. We needed a deck mounted faucet that did not just allow flow for a sink and after sending a couple back, this fit the bill. That being said, there is a piece inside that can also be removed to allow better flow as well. At any rate, this faucet it beautiful and has a modern yet industrial look to it. We have it in a bathroom that has natural slate and some rustic features and it is a nice, clean look to balance that.

Two many pieces for a simple faucet. Valves have separate mounting pieces and valve core is screwed into mount and locked into place, makes it difficult to keep aligned when tightening various pieces as the other parts move, plumbers wrenches are highly recommended if you are a DIY person.
