I bought this to gift my son-in-love as a Christmas grab bag present, but he was quite disappointed when he discovered SEVERAL MISSING PIECES. It cost too much for it not to come complete. It looks great in the picture and had everything I wanted him to have however, it needs to have ALL OF THE PIECES. Definitely will be returning.

A frustrating experience, since the instruction sheet in the box refers to a different version of this valet. At the bottom of the online description is a note from the manufacturer with the new instructions.Of course, I didn't see that note until I unpacked the Valet, noticed the missing parts, requested a return, and as I was about to ship, finally saw the instructions on line. I then unboxed it again, and the final product is pretty solid and works well. Please work out the instructions mess, or be sure to see if you need to use the on line instructions. The manufacturer's email address is incorrect in the instructions, so they are of no help, and Amazon only has returns, no on line help. So, a 3 star review for a product that probably would deserve better.

this product appeared a nice valet but when it came wood pieces scarred and most importantly the number of screws and attachments pieces were missing. I emailed the company and got no response.

A beautiful valet stand for gentlemen. I love these gentlemen products and this is a really nice one that will help keep you organized especially if you work in a business or professional vocation where you need to have your pressed suit ready to go in the morning so you are quick and efficient.

this product came with several scratches and a chip out of the wood. There were other valets but I paid more for this thinking a better product. Haw! The stain on the wood is poor. There was a missing screw but I was able to make it work. The instructions weak and I will not recommend to product to any one else.

We bought the valet for our son-in-law. The box appeared to have been delivered via Gorilla Transport. We could tell at first blush that the box was probably a previous return. The wood was dented and perforated...a complete disaster. Add insult to injury, no assembly directions were included. It's a shame because the product looked beautiful and functional in the pictures.

I was hesitant to order this at first, if for no other reason than you don't know what you're going to get. I was happy to see that this one was in fact made with real wood. It's solid and heavy and is built to last. I assembled it in about 20 minutes with no real issues, despite the meager assembly instructions. I had to use my own screwdriver, but that's normally what I do anyway when they send you a wimpy tool in the first place. Also, the 6 pre-drilled holes for one of the metal attachments were not aligned right, but I was able to drill fresh holes with ease. I could have forced them in, but I didn't want to damage the metal.
