Some assembly required, but all of the tools needed are provided. The majority of the rack snaps together with just a few support rods needing to be screwed together with the provided bolts. All in all, quite simple an only took me 10 minutes or so. The rack itself is nicely made and feels sturdy. Without any clothes on it there is a bit of wobble to the pieces that snap together with spring buttons but I suspect with some weight on the hanging rods that will go away. The wheels are smooth and feature wheel locks to prevent things from moving around when you want, and the rods on top also extend about 1ft out which is very nice. The rack at the bottom is also a nice touch for either shoes or folded items. All in all, very pleased with this item and it’s going to come in handy while my wife and I are in a transitional space with not as much closet space as we have now.
