Because my dashboard has a matte-like finish where I wanted to mount this, I had to add a plastic disk with adhesive backing to the dash. This mount attaches just fine to it, with strong suction power. With this addition, the mount works great with my DJI Action 4 camera.

I use this mount with my DJI action 2 and recently stuck it to exterior body. While doing speeds excessive of the limits, this thing hung on and didn't give at all, the shots i got from it were super steady and confidence inspiring.

Ich nutze die Halterung für eine Actioncame im Auto bei einer Rundreise bisher ca. 3.000km.Alles lässt sich leicht und sicher verändern, an- und abbauen. Meist mit einer Hand. Wirklich super einfach.Die Saugwirkung hat bisher auch kein Stück nachgelassen.Ich finde einfach keinen negativen Punkt und somit ist der Preis auch nicht mehr hoch.absolute Kaufempfehlung

Les réglages sont faciles avec le verrouillé central.Je l utilse principalement pour fixation d'une caméra sur une moto. Fixation au top sur les différentes parties, carénage, réservoir, glace du rétro.Super content de cette achat car la précédente ventouse que j'avais à lâché au bout de 5-6 utilisations

Well the suction cup is actually very powerful, the mounting system is where it fails and why I have to refund this. To add a 1-ft extension arm on the locking mechanism, tilted horizontal, means the camera starts slipping into a downward angle with every bump the car goes over, for example. This is because it's not powerful enough to hold it up with any leverage.And the locking mechanism itself is impossible to do quickly. Sometimes takes me 5 minutes to try to turn it into the right place where it will turn then and lock; and got to flip the switch -- Which only work sometimes when you have the screw all the way in because it wasn't put in in the exact perfect way or something. It's just a really bad idea. It also seems very easy to come loose. Anything knocks the switch up then there's nothing holding your camera to the mount really and it will just fall off if you have it on the hood or something. You're hosed if you lose the little locking part. Whereas if it were just a regular mounting screw that would work in there, it would be no problem. Really really bad idea with that design. I imagine they sell extra locking part things for a premium, as this is probably a designed intention of the product.The suction power is very good though. So if you just plan on keeping the camera on the same mount forever in an indoor stationary location, without an extension arm, go for it.

Llego bien y me encanta que se pueda poner es diferentes formas y para dentro y fuera del auto es bastante bueno.Si lo recomendable es no usarlo en áreas con mucho movimiento o camino con vibración se puede caer.La succión es potente y aguanta

se si stacca perdo la OsmoAction. Pessimo. Perde aderenza e la Osmo Action è caduta durante il lavoro dalla macchina in movimento. Nonostante l'accortezza di pulire la superficie e la ventosa. Movimento della vettura a velocità inferiore ai 30 km/h, su asfalto. Documentabile. Ho il video del capotamento. Per altro pure "scenoso". Ma se invece della Osmo con la custodia protettiva Smallrig ci fosse stata una Nikon sarebbero stati "dolori", francesismo per C.A.(Aggiornamento luglio '23).

I don't know why but it seems very hard to find a good suction cup for the GoPro or Insta 360 that I have. THis is very good. The suction cup is so strong that I don't use on the car bodyparts because I'm scared to bend the metal. Fortunately I've the glass roof so I put it in there and feel very secure.

At this price point I think this is likely the strongest suction mount. Its strong and easy to use and adjust.The main flaw is the little quick release cam thing that is used to connect a gopro. Basically when you look at this thing you assume it is like every other gopro accessory where you mount camera between the metal plates and screw in to tighten - its NOT a screw. It is a one-off quick release cam thing. Which will get lost. This is frustrating when you likely have 20 screws in your kit that you cannot use.

This suction cup is ridiculously strong. It's definitely better than any other I have ever used. I also love the fact that I can position the arm in whatever direction I need to it be in and then tighten it up with ease. I would most definitely buy another if I need to. Not only do I use this with holding my insta360 camera, but I also got a phone holding clip that srews on to this mount and use it for mounting my phone. In the end, yes you should buy one!!!!

I have used a few of these suction mounts for GoPro type cameras and even a mounted a 360 GoPro Array on a car with a 3 suction cup mount that proved to not be very stable. The single cup mount GoPro made for their GoPro is sub-par. It stays on, but the articulation is cumbersome making it hard to point the camera.Now to the PGYTECH... This was a awesome little rig. I mounted it on a the hood of a semi truck. I felt like it had enough suction to lift the daggum truck. We didn't travel very fast, but I was very happy with how comfortable I was with leaving my DJI Osmo Action on the truck. The articulation is seemingly unlimited and easy to point exactly where you want it. I'll probably buy another one of these to replace my GoPro branded suction cup mount. Also... cheaper than the crappy GoPro branded mount.
