These work great on my new glass shower enclosure. Very solid and strong suction. Recommend cleaning the surface with rubbing alcohol first. I did it twice waiting in between a half hour. Then waiting another half hour before applying the suction. I didn’t like one placement after a week. It was easy to remove by turning the knob then just using a butter knife to slip under the seal just a tiny bit. Then I put it in another spot. Worked just as good the second time. I have a small folding step stool hanging on it. For when I want to reach the upper tiles to clean. I’ve only used them on glass and the high gloss tile. Not sure about other surfaces.
