Our nuts are non-slip nuts, which are designed to prevent screws and nuts from loosening during the rainy season. But this non-slip design will require the use of two wrenches to better lock the screws. Two wrenches are also included in the kit.

We use triangular iron plates directly at the bottom, which makes the whole water pipe rack more stable and makes it easier for our customers to step it into the soil with their feet.

well, here I am writing a review for a hose holder - clearly a sign of aging. I have to say that I am impressed with this vs the other one I have in the front yard that I purchased at a home store. This one had a great sturdy base and was easy to put together.

Putting the unit together requires some time as this is not a snap together and go unit. May want to wet the ground before hammering the spikes into the ground. The spikes must be all the way into the ground to provide stability. 100 foot hose maximum.

I was sick of seeing my hose laying around. This is cute and can be put anywhere in the ground. Very easy to use. Super sturdy once in the ground. Lightweight to move.

This seems to be sturdy enough & well put-together. It seems heavy duty. I have arthritis in my fingers so it was a little tricky to assemble with the tiny little bolts and nuts. But it was not difficult to assemble they provide the allen key and tiny flat wrench so it just took about 15 minutes. It came out taller than I needed but I am going to buy another one for the backyard and I will just assemble that one with 2 height sections rather than using all 3. I liked the base - the strong spikes were long enough to support it and pushed right into the ground when I stepped on them.

Thought this was going to be cheap plastic at $17 and was fine with that. Turns out it’s heavy and durable metal. Super easy to put together. Little wobbly, but it’s not like I’m going to doing anything precise with it. The spikes that go in the ground were able to easily get through our hard crushed granite

This is the best quality packing and product I have received in many years. Everything was bubble wrapped and protected by Styrofoam. The guage of the entire product is extremely durable. The coating on the product is flawless and very professionally done. There were tools to put it together, there were individual pockets for the nuts and bolts. The pockets were marked to easily identify with the instructions. There were spare bolts and nuts. I am very impressed with the company. This product is an example of what we expect in quality here in the USA. BRAVO!

Just put it together. Was not complicated to put together but tightening the screws and nuts together did take time. Instructions straightforward and every piece was well wrapped and protected. Different nuts, bolts are wrapped individually, according to where they go -which I found very nice. Other manufacturers should do that too. Some extra screw and nuts provided separately with the necessary tools. Has a good weight, feels sturdy and expect it to last a long time but real test will be how it fairs once exposed to the weather.
