Most Succulents leaves are very fragile and occasionally may fall off during transit. If your plant is missing some leaves upon arrival, just know they will grow back and most of the time pretty fast so there is no need to be alarmed. Please keep track of the package once shipped to ensure it is received when the carrier delivers and isn’t left out longer than it needs to as this may cause damage to your plants. Plants should immediately be taken out of the box upon delivery and Lightly watered if soil is dry. Always keep your plants away from direct sun and only keep them in partial sun/shaded areas.

First, very messy. Second, a few of the leaves are already dying. Third, it’s so small compared to what I was expecting from the picture. I could’ve bought this local for $2. Save your money. I HOPE this baby will recover!!!!

Of course, a mailed houseplant will need a little TLC and adjustment time— I fully expected this, and I just wanted enough healthy roots and plant to recover and grow in time. This surpassed my expectations. Shipped in Feb when the temp low was ~20 F. Delivered in a small box packed with cotton. Doing well. Naturally, some outer leaves took a minor hit during transport, but overall cute and healthy.

Zero Stars. Beyond disappointed and I absolutely do not recommend. This seems like a really cruel joke. I paid for the 4 inch pot which obviously looks NOTHING like what’s advertised. This wouldn’t even fill a 2 inch nursery pot so I’ve got to get it into a much smaller pot so all the energy doesn’t divert to root growth in attempt to fill a 4 inch pot and may actually be able to give that energy to leaf and stem growth. You guys probably get away with this a lot with people who don’t know about plants, but unfortunately, I do and this is a complete rip off. I will be posting to all of my social medias. This is not slander. This is literally false advertisement and I will make sure that all of my plant friends know. I really want to return this for one that actually looks like the picture, but I know that won’t happen so here’s my review. Cheers.

I've purchased this plant from multiple sellers. This one is doing pretty good so far. No complaints. Just remember that this plant likes bright but indirect sunlight. The last one died while I was in the hospital (surprisingly none of the other 30+ plants were affected as much as this exact species.) If you let it grow in the middle of a small 2inch deep, wide bowl it will fill up the bowl as long as you're carrying for it. At least that hospital stay made me quit smoking. And I found this great seller to buy another one and get another chance. It's really beautiful. Packaged well. Be careful pulling the cotton from around it though. It's very pretty but also super delicate in some ways. Definitely recommended!

I waited a while to review because I wanted to give it time. Despite the initial shock of unboxing the plant and finding it toppled over and packaged with just a sort of cushion stuffing like material, the plant is beautiful and thriving. It lost a few hearts but nothing major from when it first arrived in September and has started sprouting new growth. Safe to say that despite the poor packaging the plant itself was well-rooted enough to survive and continue to grow. Would definitely purchase from buyer again.
