Replaced the ink only magenta for now and it worked just fine no issues and at a much, much lower cost! That is my only complaint about my Sawgrass 500 sub printer the toner is so very expensive. Oh and don't say that on their Facebook page they kick you for a month. lol

Just wanted to let everyone know about my experience. I just installed these cartridges on my SB500 running the latest drives of Sawgrass Print Utility, version 2024.6.1 (2024.6.1). First of all, I closed Sawgrass Print Utility, opened the cartridges door and replaced ALL of them at once, not one, not two, but ALL of them. Closed the door and the printer simply recognized them immediately. No prompts, NOTHING. I then opened Sawgrass Print Utility and it was all as always. No errors, printed several test pages via Utilities to make sure quality was still as expected and it was. Ran a full print head cleaning, mainly to flush the old SubliJet ink, and ensure this one was pushed in. All good. There is a lot of misinformation about the new Sawgrass Print Utility bricking these printers but I feel, after this experience, it may be due to user error. I am on a Mac running Sequoia 15.2 (24C101).

I have purchased these cartridges twice, the first time I used them on the SG500 with no issue. The second time, I got an alert on my printer that the cartridges are not authorized. I was able to do a factory reset on my printer. Now when I try to print from Print Manager, grid lines print over my design. I reached out to Sawgrass for help and they will not offer support because I did not purchase their replacement cartridges and will not offer support until I do. Be advised, they will render your printer useless unless you purchase their products. Since their inks are much more expensive and out of the budget at this time, many holiday presents aren’t getting made which means money out of my crafting business in my busiest season. NOT HAPPY.

I have to say that I feel extremely betrayed by Sawgrass. I saw some raving reviews and decided to buy a Sawgrass SG500. I had been using Hiipoo ink cartridges because they are way cheaper than the ridiculous Sawgrass cartridges.Sawgrass now prompted me to update my firmware, which I did happily to keep my printer up to date and I hoped maybe it would fix a print quality issue I've been seeing. But to my surprise, the firmware update makes it check for non-Sawgrass cartridges and disables your printer! It ays you are using non-sawgrass inks and your warranty is void. Then it prints a diagonal grid across your images, so you can't even use them!Thankfully, these Xcinkjet have an updated chip so the printer works as it should again. For the $300 price tag on Sawgrass cartridges (which are the same size), I would have thrown the printer right in the trash. These cartridges saved me and will let me get some more use out of this printer for a while longer.

*Update*After my initial review the company reached out to me to see what they could do to help. I really appreciate the communication and the fact that, despite the ink not working for me, they still wanted to make me, their customer, happy. I'm changing my review from 1 star to 4 because of their fantastic customer service. Minus 1 star because even though the customer service is great, the ink still does not work with my Sawgrass printer.I bought this ink instead of Sawgrass ink because, well, it's cheaper. It worked wonderfully for 1 month. Everything was going fine until today. My Sawgrass detected that I wasn't using their ink and put a stop to all printing! It just kept printing out blank page after blank page. I worked on it for at least 2 hours trying to make it go before I gave up and ordered Sawgrass SubliJet ink. Now I'm out the money on this ink, and had to purchase the expensive ink anyway. Save yourself some money and a headache and just purchase Sawgrass Ink!

Amazing ink. 👏 there is no difference between this and sawgrass original ink. Way cheaper. Sg 500 shows full ink levels and operates as expected.Highly recommend

A principio me habían encantado, porque únicamente puse 2 tintas, ahora que ya puse las otras 2 restantes la impresora no me reconoce la tinta negra y no me deja trabajar... Ahora tendrá que comprar otras tintas, me quise ahorrar unos pesos, pero mejor comprar las originales

This ink I wish I found long ago. I love my sawgrass but paying over $100 for 1 ink is ridiculous then I found these for so much less. I seen bad reviews but thought can’t go by what ppl say and I’m so happy I bought the ink the colours are amazing very vibrant
