Easy to use because the color is visible all the way around the top tip of the fork. Colors come two per package; I purchased two packages for those at the table who want to cook a LOT first and eat at their leisure. London broil is working out best for the beef portion. Highly recommend.

These fondue forks look just like their picture, they are lightweight, but with enough weight to hold them in the fondue pot, wash up nicely in the dishwasher.
