Retainer bar for the lever is cheap and keeps falling out, and the pump lever itself just falls over so I just gave up and let it lay as a trip hazard for OSHA to complain about. But hey, it's cheaper. ; - )

Initially I had issues with raising and after checking the fluid and bleeding the system it still did not operate. I had to adjust the linkage on the chain that runs through the handle and it has operated flawlessly since the adjustment.

I have been having issues with this pallet jack since it arrived. At first, I thought we had some bad or broken pallets. Come to find out, the pallet jack will not lower down far enough and it gets stuck while going into the wooden pallets. I tried it on numerous pallets, and I cannot push it under there. My old pallet jack has worked just fine for years. This pallet jack is not recommended if you are wanting to use it with standard wooden pallets. I called the company, and they are emailing me an RMA to return it. I will get my credit and look for one that lowers appropriately.

The item was inoperable when arrived. After contacting customer support, I was informed the item was shipped without hydraulic fluid. The item still was inoperable even after I confirmed the hydraulic fluid was filled and bled correctly.

I’ve bought three of these, and they are the best for the price. We overwork and overload them, but they hold up and get the job done.

The product looks great but the pallet jack sits too high and is hard to get into the pallet. We compared to another pallet jack and it is almost 1/2" higher on the forks which makes it very hard to get into a pallet.

I have a tractor with a forklift; however, in my barn storage area, the tractor is too big and bulky to fit easily. I store many things on pallets so I can move them around, under my standard "box-store" shelving. No need to buy an expen$ive electric forklift. I have used this same unit at my workplaces years ago... well worth owning now, as well.
