Easy to put together and it's very sturdy. We really like that the entire step has an anti-slip texture, so barefoot, socks, and shoes on; you won't have a problem. It's a little heavy, but the handles make it easy to move around, and it's balanced weight. With two steps, each step isn't too high and the total boost height is great at around 10". Great value for the materials this is made with, we recommend it.

I rarely leave reviews, but this is item is a GEM. I love this little step stooL.I use it to reach high shelves in my pantry, to avoid dragging a chair over, or lugging the heavy utility metal one in garage. It is strong and sturdy, yet light weight to easily move around, super easy to assemble ( took me 5 min ) well built, very attractive., and good value.It tucks under the bottom shelf in pantry so always there when I need it.There are many other places it will be handy as well, but this was my main purpose. I may even order another one for my LL storage room. It is a very handy item. It is a perfect size..big enough but not imposing.Not many products exceed my expectations anymore, but this one did. If I was Oprah, this would be #1 on my favorite things list :)

Very attractive and practical design. Very well made. Easy to assemble. I'm very pleased I selected this step stool from the many being offered. The height of these steps are just right for me, but others may have higher steps. This is something to check before you select one that meets your needs. Others may be less sturdy and less expensive and be less smoothhy crafted, but this ine looks great.

Stuhl ist stabil & hält einiges aus. Aufbau war kein Problem; ich finde die Gumminupsies am den Beinen gut, muss man zwar manchmal grade drehen aber ist ok. Mein Sohn (3Jahre) kann ihn auch gut tragen. Die rutschfeste Auflage ist wunderbar & war überrascht wie robust & stabil alles ist.

Item is lightweight so easy to carry around. Very sturdy and the anti-slip pieces make it extra safe to stand on. Perfect if you just need a couple of extra inches to reach into cabinets and closets. I was so impressed with the product that I went back and ordered a second one. Good value for the money.

Needed a pet-step to help my 19 year old cat get on to the bed. These steps are good quality, sturdy materials and construction. Includes hex key to assemble. Steps rubberized for non-slip. Cat figured it out after a day and now has no problem going up and down.

This was easy to put together and very sturdy. It works well in the bathroom for getting into a soaking tub. The steps are slip resistant and the step is easy to carry by the handle.The stepstool itself does not slide.

Sturdy, nice finish and fit. Lightweight to move around. Very easy to assemble. Purchased four for different rooms and floors for a toddler.Use caution on weight limit. Amazon states 400 pound weight limit in main description and again elsewhere in photo description. Amazon further states 350 pound weight limit in other product details. Paper insert with stool states 300 pounds. I'm not sure I would trust any of the three weights on the stool if I was using the stool next to an alligator pit. I might trust 200-250 pounds weight capacity with the stool placed five feet from the alligator pit.For a 30 pound toddler that doesn't have any alligators, it should work great. For a larger adult with larger alligators use caution.

I didn’t realize how high my bed is until I was in my 80’s. So I decided to get a step stool. It is so easy to assemble and easy to use. So it’s not just for kids. Everyone will really like it. The limit is 500 pounds so you know that it is safe. Don’t hesitate this is a very good ptoduct

Important UPDATE to my earlier review for the 2-step stool, which includes my comment notes at the bottom of this review about the missing parts -- specifically 8 washers for their 2-step stool.None of the foam type or plastic pet steps appealed to me or my Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. I was thrilled to find this wooden 2 step stool on Amazon. It's just about perfect (except for the missing washers)-- well-made, very pretty, and my girls love it! It only took a minute for them to figure it out. Great price and next day delivery. I ordered a second one, too! It is indeed sturdy and skid proof -- very high quality and a snap to assemble, under 10 minutes. Note: I chose to send in "Amazon Packaging" to be on the safe side. I have to say, this 2-step stool is one of my favorite purchases on Amazon -- thanks Amazon! This 2-step stool may not necessarily be intended for pets, but it works comfortably for them, too!***Note*** NO washers were included in the package, and were not listed in the enclosed assembly instructions -- not true in the natural color 2-step stool, which I saw in a demonstration video for this product on Amazon.com. I don't know why the manufacturer decided not include 8 washers with their Espresso color 2-step stool. The extra support washers would have provided could have helped to guarantee the stability of the stool over time. I'm now giving a 4-star rating instead of 5 because of the missing parts -- 8 washers! I'll go back up to up to 5 stars if the seller sends me 16 washers (8 washers each for two of their 2-step stools I've bought on Amazon).It's a wait and see if the missing washers could put the stability of the 2-step stools into jeopardy; I've already bought the stools, and they are in happy use. Why should I need to buy parts that should have been included in the purchase in the first place? I'm not going to return them
