Your cart is empty.Rosary Vine (Ceropegia woodii). This plant is also known as Hearts entangled, or String of hearts..... Cool plant, I like them a lot.The Rosary plant makes an excellent house plant due to it's durability. It can withstand neglect, dry air, or drought, and bounce back with a single watering. (not to say that you should neglect it...) The vines of the Rosary plant are like thin wires with marbled, heart shaped leaves. They will reach two to four feet in length, so the plant should be hung or set on a pedestal where it will receive bright light for most of the day. (Full sun is ok, if some protection is provided during the hottest part of the day). The Rosary Vine prefer summer temperatures around 70-75 degrees, but during the winter it should be kept in a cooler room if possible (60-65 degrees). This plant is somewhat succulent, so be careful to never overwater, or allow it to set in water. Water thoroughly, and then allow the soil to completely dry out before watering again. During the active growing period of spring and summer, the Rosary plant should be fed monthly with an all purpose liquid houseplant food diluted to half strength. Use a porous potting soil with coarse sand added when you repot this vine in early spring, making sure to provide adequate drainage.

I was very hesitant to order a live plant off of amazon, but I chose to place the order after reading all the reviews. I am very pleased with my purchase. The plant was packed with care, and I do think the plant looks nice and healthy. I would definitely order another plant in the future.*Edit: I DID purchase a second SOH, and it looks great! Already new growth.

The first picture is the plant I received very small, mostly leaves missing not as lush as the second picture is what I was supposed to receive I thought will not be purchasing plants from this company again

the site leads you to believe that its a fairly good size plant but it is so tiny at first I thought all I got was a tiny pot with dirt in it. Definitly wont buy anything else from them

I ordered a string of hearts and a miniature begonia. I was a little worried about ordering from an online plant seller in the summer, lest the heat kill the plants during their journey, but they arrived in fantastic shape. I repotted and watered them immediately, and neither has lost a single leaf. The string of hearts is now putting out new growth! I would definitely order from Hirt’s Gardens again. (Note to those who are unfamiliar with String of Hearts—It is a fairly minimal, sparse plant at the best of times. Mine came with three strands within a 4” pot. Understanding that context helps establish realistic expectations. I coiled mine up within its new pot so that it would look more dense and establish more roots directly from the strands into the soil.)

Plant arrived dry because USPS left it in my cities distribution center for 4-5 days, this isn't the fault of the seller though. It did bounce back immediately after a good drink.I put the plant under some cheap amazon LED light strips (full spectrum w/red) and the humidity in my room stays between 70-80%. It's been growing like crazy. I only got it about 4 days ago, and already each vine is COVERED in new baby leaves! The leaves noticeably grow bigger each day.This is a beautiful plant and the colors are true to the sellers image, would purchase again! Cuttings and propogation are also insanely easy with this plant and it's totally PET SAFE which is a huge plus!

Too expensive for the size it came in. but I bought anyways for convenience of not having to go out and look for it myself lol Dirt got fell out during transport so I had to scrape up what fell out. tiny but healthy. will take probably forever to propagate into a thick hanging vine but plant came healthy and will grow with a proper green thumb. Picture is 10 days after receiving. It’s already sprouting.

I’ve been obsessed with the string of hearts ever since I saw it at my aunt’s home in Paris. I’m so thankful to have found this in the US. The plant is small but very healthy. I was worried because this is the first time I’ve purchased a plant online. This is my second purchase and I purchased 2. The first plant is doing very well and it makes my day everyday. I look forward every morning drinking my coffee and watching the hearts grow. The second picture is of my first plant that I’ve transferred to a pot.
