This was just the right thickness to easily thread on beads and still be strong enough to hold securely. My granddaughter loves to wear my jewelry so I am glad to be able to restore it once it becomes stretched out.

I bought this to repair my daughter's Enewton bracelet, and it worked great! I did add a bit of superglue to my knot to ensure stability.

Bought for making seed bead bracelets. Works as intended. When I finish them with a knot, the knot does come undone easy. I have found that super gluing the string makes the knot hold which is an easy solution!

This is a great product not sure why people are saying it's awful. Yes the knots can be big and come loose, but you have to start small and pull tight from the side that will not be a part of your bracelet, I leave a few inches after the knot to make it easier to tie. I also make a knot on the other end and then knot it together putting three knots in total. I also glue the knot just to make sure. I put pictures of what my knots look like. Truthfully, they're barely noticeable when on. But I'm making these for personal use, not selling. The needles actually helped me tremendously, you put the beads on and thread them through the string.This stuff is infinitely better than the string I bought in the store, after 2 days the string was fraying.Overall just be patient while working with this.

This stretchy string is perfect for making bracelets! It’s strong and elastic, which makes it ideal for threading seed beads, pony beads, and more. The 2 beading needles included are a great bonus and really help with the stringing process. The clear cord is discreet and doesn’t take away from the design. Overall, it’s a fantastic product for anyone into jewelry making or creating custom bracelets. Highly recommend!

Lots of stretch and very durable. I can tie a knot with it and it says, doesn't budge even when pulled firmly. My triple tie knots with this are still small enough to fit inside a bead. I was purchasing string from shein, but they kept discontinuing what I had previously purchased. I kept buying what I thought was what I previously used it was definitely not and I couldn't use it and I couldn't return it so I had to throw three spools away. I will be purchasing this from now on I love it.

Really disappointed. It initially seems very strong but it doesn’t “snap” back and if you’re backing bracelets with a double thread it’s way too think for the average 8mm bead. I tried threading with just a single, and as with the double thread, it makes knots that are FAR too big to hide in the bead centre and the knots unravel. I added glue to secure the knot but when you pull to hide the knot it won’t go and stretches the bracket until it’s useless. Can’t send it back because I’ve used it but absolute waste of money and really quite annoyed

I had bought this exact brand and size previously, loved it. That's why I was sure to order the same brand and size and spool for my jewelry making. Wanted to make sure I was ginna get the same results. For some reason this spool is marked .5mm but is actually double the size. It's nearly impossible to form flowers with this string and size 11/0 seed beads. The previous spool had WAY more stretch vs this one doesn't. This string seems way more durable but I need the stretch and elasticity and be able to string my beads and weave the string thru a second time to form flowers. I am unable to do this. I still have leftover from the first spool. You can feel the difference in size.

Exactly as described by seller and FANTASTIC in terms of stretch, durability and value. Prior to this purchase I was buying Craft Medley stretchy cord for bracelet making, and although it is super cheap to buy at the Dollar Store, it only makes a few bracelets and/or necklaces. On the other hand, this stretchy cord spindle seems to be never ending!... and I go through a lot, like I'm making jewelry daily. Definitely worth the purchase and will continue to buy this product. Bonus that the two expandable needles came with! They are delicate, unlike regular sewing or quilting needles and thus bend very easily, but if you take care of them, and DON'T LOSE THE NEEDLE BOTTLE!) they are lovely to use :)
