Mi reseña es negativa, no sé si por repartidor o fabricante, lo que sé es que pedí el bloc para empezar a trabajar y al ver el estado con que llego, no pude hacer nada, todas las hojas dobladas y marcadas.

I’m using these white sheets of sturdy paper as a photography backdrop for the flowers and natural objects that I collect each day. The thickness, smooth texture, and consistent pure white color make them perfect for this use. So far, I’ve been able to use a single sheet repeatedly though it is starting to accumulate a few marks and stains from the flowers. Once they are no longer clean enough for photography, I will cut them up to make small origami boxes, over perhaps another use…

Man merkt gleich, wie gut das Papier ist. Es ist fester und glatter, es lassen sich mehrere Farbschichten auftragen.

I got this instead of several 9x12 tablets for my calligraphy work. Not only does it open up larger pieces for wall art, it saves a lot of money on 9x12 basic work by cutting out "quarters" to size. I had trouble doing this, however, for a couple of very good reasons. First, you have to measure very carefully to get lines to cut on. And I finally got good enough to get a large square (from woodworking) to set up and cut with a box cutter. I tried to do more than one sheet at a time, but it bunches up the plies too much and it's too easy to get wrong sized pieces. I tried trimming with a paper cutter (Fiskars) but it had problems with the thickness, even on a single sheet. Eventually, a number of what was to be 9x12 pieces became 8x10 (another size I work with). It became a lengthy process, but does save 1/2 the cost, but my learning process took away some of the savings. Unless you are willing to work out a smooth way to cut down a large piece (like these) I'd say just order the sizes you want exactly (11-14, 11x17, etc.). I'm stubborn enough to keep working on this until I get it right for me. Be aware of the potential problems. But the board itself is perfect and both takes inks well and processes through my printer without any problem.

The first one that came was bent, so amazon replaced it, the second one was fine. I used it for a tempura and ink piece, turned out great.

It arrived in good condition. I haven't used it yet. Bought it for large projects. I usually draw portraits. I have used strathmore before and love the quality and thickness of their paper. I would recommend.

This is an excellent and heavyweight paper for virtually any medium of artistic work!It is virtually bleed proof and found it works great with medium and large format inkjet printers.Despite what some commenters have stated, this heavyweight drawing board is great for markers snd colored pencils and any type of ink pens.Great for acrylic painting, too!I am a marker and colored pencil illustrator and this is one of my go to final illustration paper boards! It is very smoother and great for laying down smooth marker color or color pencil.Great board for any type of inking pens and ink work!I like and tend to use larger format boards, so pricing for these are more expensive. In addition to much thicker and heavier ( and more expensive )drawing boards, this illustration board has been my “go to” for many, many years!Highly recommend!

I spend about 8-10 hours a day drawing and designing stuff and that requires alot of paper. I also have a focus on clean lines and sharp geometry. Because of that i have a ongoing need for good paper (and believe me there are crappy papers out there) and i really cant afford problems. This Strathmore Bristol 300 series is by far my favorite. I get the 19x24" pad and cut it to size. Its smooth as silk and perfect for illustration. It doesnt bleed, even when you hold a alcohol marker (prismacolor is good) to it for a while. Sharpies work well on this and so do microns and Copic multiliners (u can find all this on Amazon ). Its absorbent enough to not smudge your black ink unless you run you hand over where you just previously left fresh ink (you shouldnt do that with ANY paper tho lol madness). Ive even had success using watercolor on this bristol, you just ought to tape the sides down to prevent excessive warping. All in all this paper is phenomenal . I highly recommend it. Top quality. Strathmore makes good stuff all around too ; good brand .
