Press the release button and pull the handle to the release slot around 90°

Pull out
Pull out the webbing and attach hooks to stable anchor points

Crank
Press the release button again, then Crank the handle to tighten the strap

Pull Down & Lock
Pull down the handle to lock safely, and you’re done

To Release
Open the handle to 90°. Unhook your cargo - the strap will retract automatically

Used 2 sets of these straps to tie down 2 harley baggers in a trailer. The retractable straps are much nicer and easier to use than the traditional straps. They held up very well. Before heading out I would rock the bikes side to side, re-tighten and never had to re-tighten even on a 500 mile road trip.

Most of the people do not imagine how great are retractable ratchet straps in real life - to fix your motorcycle, boat or any other item on trailer. No more adjusting long straps before fastening, goodbye to annoying and flapping strap ends! :)

I love my 10' Strapino straps. The retractability and lack of mess is great. But the the short-end on the 6' staps is too short to loop back on itself like the slightly longer short-end on the 10' straps. If I'd known they were different I wouldn't have bought these. Couldn't get the 10' ones next day and I had to have more so I got some 6' ones avaialble for overnight delivery. Just go with the 10' foot straps.
