The item arrived right away. The leather straps I purchased to affix a basket to the rear carrier on my old bike. They worked perfectly and did the job better than the straps that came with the basket. Shipping was fast. Straps arrived in a padded envelop. The leather is two layers that are stitched together and is fairly thick. Great for the price.
