This wasn’t super easy to do. But the results are amazing if you take your time. I did this with an exact-o knife. Really happy with the results and the 12 x 16 fits Milwaukee pack out drawers perfectly.

Got these so I could re-configure my Pelican Vault gun case. Easy to peal to adjust the thickness and easy to cut. Priced similar to other non-brand name inserts. I like having the 4 1 inch inserts vs 2 2 Inch. Easier to cut and configure.
