Perfect size, fits our standard changing mattress, which was why we got it as the original frame that came with this dresser was way to small and I'm not gonna buy custome changing mattress and sheets - that's a big nope. It was easy to put together and can't wait to use it hopefully this week or next!

We bought the 6 drawer dresser as well to match this. Fits well, and it also is universal and fits our Munchkin changing pad. Sturdy and easy to clean and install!
