Ordered these for my son who plays soccer on turf. The standard compression shorts have a tendency to pull or rip when sliding on turf. Hoping these would last longer. They provide similar compression for thighs but have smooth surface on sliding zones. Size was normal.

My 15 year old son plays P1 level soccer on the best team in our state. He's a defender and slides fairly frequently. He used to have a sore on his upper legs/hip that never had a chance to heal between games. Now he never has sores, and yet slides more (even on turf and unintentionally on futsal surfaces). They've lasted him a year probably, but I'll need to buy another pair here soon.
