We bought these for our adult kids with children and aging parents to keep on the refrigerator in case of emergency. I would love for everyone to have them in case of an emergency. We did add a photo of each person and put it on the exterior of the case to make each person’s quickly identifiable.

Fits letter size documents. Add copy of your license, insurance cards, next of kin so EMT/hospital can identify you instantly. I added names/contact of my PCP, meds list, current diagnostics. You get better care in ER with this info at hand. Take in car glove compartment or handbag for long trips in case of emergency/accident.

I got a pack of these, used one for myself and gave the others to elderly people I know. Sticks to the fridge well and is big enough for multiple documents. Highly recommend!

This product was very valuable to us when my mom was in hospice. It comes with a sticker to place on the door for EMS to find essential paperwork. No one had to ask us the EMS people came in got the information while the other people worked on our mom. Having this with all your information in it saves so much time and stress. I highly recommend this product.

I wanted something with room to put more than just medical info in a visible place in an emergency. They only give you the option to get a minimum of five so I gave some away to my neighbors. This was great so if anyone of us has an emergency everyone knows what to look for and where.

When living alone this information is especially important for EMT;s or other emergency responders. I like that the folio has magnets already attached and is large enough to be seen quickly by emergency responders. I purchased two sets of these and have gifted friends and family.
