Welp, I got too excited about what I -thought- this was, and didn't understand what it -actually- was. My boyfriend is always patching his jeans, and I thought maybe this would be a thing that would help him (this is where I read "quick clothing fixer" and got it twisted). He was amused to let me know that it's just a tagging gun.So, in light of that, I will say it's not a bad tagging gun! There are plenty of little plastic bits to use, and it seems like they'd work well with most fabrics. We may end up passing this onto a friend with a boutique. At least this wasn't a terrible lesson learned. Again. lol

This stitch is similar to the plastic ties used to hold a tag onto a new clothing item you would find at a store and less of a sewing stitch. This stitch gun works fine with thinner clothing. The needle is a little larger which makes it a bit worrisome to use this with some materials as it might leave a hole that doesn't seal back up. Cotton materials are fine but I worry about using on synthetic materials as they are less forgiving.

This stitch gun is suitable for last-minute solutions, such as stitching sleeves or hems. It comes with 5 needles, and its stitches are almost invisible. It's a cheap solution for stitching and I recommend this product, because it's great for emergencies. I don't have much experience with machines like that, but it came in handy, and it was very easy to use. It took me very little time to learn how to use it.

This clothing stitcher and tagger is very easy to use. I got this to use for basting quilts. It is super easy to use this rather than adding stitches or pins. These are easy to cut away. I also think this would work well in a pinch when you can't find a safety pin (why can I never find one when I need one?!) Overall this stitcher works really well and I'm very happy with it.

I've used this several times so far and it's worked great every time. You get a good amount of both black and white barbs, so you can use whichever color blends better with what you're doing. There is a cord on the needle cover, which is great so you don't lose it. And there are extra needles as well. The barbs are very short (as they are meant to be), so you do need to make sure you're pressing the fabric down over the needle as much as it will go. I usually hold the fabric in place with one hand while pressing the trigger firmly and fully with the other hand. Doing it this way, it has worked fine so far.I would definitely recommend this stitching/tagging gun. Keep in mind that if you're looking for refill needles or barbs, you need to get the "fine" size and not the standard size. However, with the number of barbs and needles included with this, it's likely you won't need refills for some time.

Lately, I've been having trouble with iron-on patches falling off my stuff. Rather than sewing them on, I use these tags to make sure I don't lose any patches, so I can use fabric glue later. Also nice for emergency fixes to straps and hems.
