When this arrived two pieces of the frame were missing and I couldn't assemble it. It was a Friday afternoon, and I sent an email thinking I wouldn't hear from them before the following week. But they responded overnight and before noon on Saturday they had shipped a replacement. I was very surprised and impressed.I set the still air box up this week to inoculate a fruiting block. I made sure to push all of the frame pieces together tightly, and then had to push them tighter when I was putting the cover on. Once I had them all snug the cover fit very nicely. It worked great for the inoculation and I love how large it is and how small it packs away. Perfect for what I need.

Just received this morning seems to be of quality construction. I see lots of reviews saying the frame is a tight fit and hard to get on. Mine went on easy just took a little thinking outside the box. As the instructions way was nonsense to me. Until I put it into actual use I can’t give 5 stars but on first glance I think it’s gonna work nicely!!

All the tubes are as tight as I can push them together. The plastic is crinkly and will be impossible to see through for doing anything that requires, well you to see clearly. After a lot of messing around I was able to get the cover over the side and slid on to the frame only to see it come up 3 inches short! There’s no way I’m going to get it to fit properly without cutting the tubes.

Disappointed I cannot use this and I waited too long to assemble it. The plastic is so wrinkly it's nearly impossible to clearly see what I'm doing. I wish there were an easier way of storing rather than completely disassembing the whole thing.Photos taken by the couch for size comparison

High quality see through plastic on all sides and top, I can see through but it helps to have a phone light shining through the top because of the wrinkles from storage. Not terrible though. Every time I use it I wipe the whole inside down with 70% isopropyl, let it sit for fifteen minutes, clean and introduce my work and wipe down the box again. So far as much as I've used this still air box, I've not had contamination yet. Honestly the only thing I would change is the arm holes. Kinda wish they were sleeves with tight fitting wrists. Other than that, perfect product. If mine breaks i will be buying a new one from this seller.

I normally don't write reviews but am taking the time for this one cause I think it's important for shoppers to know that the creators of this product really did fix all the issues you'll read about in the bad reviews.When I ordered this product I bought a different one as well from a different company thinking that if this product gave me all the struggles people wrote about then I can return it & use the back-up.I'm happy to say that the sellers note in the item description is indeed true - they took the negative feedback & fixed the issues.Important: Like the instructions say, if the plastic case doesn't easily slide over the frame allowing you to effortlessly zip it up, then you need to push the frame bars further into the joints.1 thing I couldn't tell from the reviews/photos was how the arm holes were designed to keep in. I'm happy to report that the creators were really creative in their set up to both not let the air escape but also give the user easy in/out.They set up the blue material overlapping (there are 3 layers of materials, each pulled tightly with elastic). When you slide your hand in, it's like a maze your hand has to navigate to get into the box. The maze & tight elastic creates an almost solid seal around your arms, wrists, hands - whatever size is at the entryway it wraps itself tightly around it. When I say "almost," it would be maybe a Q-tip size opening on either side of my arm at the most.I needed this box to suck the humidity out of the air insode the box so I can work with dried flowers. So it was really important to me that humidity couldn't get in from the outside. I'm happy to report that the blue fabric the creator chose along with all the layering, is doing it's job excellently. I've been monitoring the humidity reading inside & outside of the box multiple times a day for a week now. I am very happy with this product.

The product arrived in great condition and went together flawlessly. I read the reviews prior to purchasing, so I knew I needed to ensure the poles were fully seated in the sleeves provided. I just twisted them together firmly while applying sufficient force until I was sure each pole had completely bottomed out. The outer enclosure itself was nice and snug and it required a little bit of shimmying to pull over the frame, but I'd rather it be a little taught and snug rather than fitting way too loose. The folks complaining about the product fitment should take the time to ensure that they've properly assembled everything. A little elbow grease goes a long way! I have had ZERO issues or complaints.And can we take a second to talk about their customer service and after-sales support staff? They took the initiative to reach out to ME to make sure I was satisfied with the product and offer tips on how to properly assemble the enclosure, since some people had run into issues.*Cough* Not the product's fault. You want it to be sturdy when assembled, not loose and wobbly... *Cough*All in all, I'm extremely pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. Probably the best I've had on Amazon yet. Most of the products offered on Amazon these days are cheaply-made and low quality. I'm not going to lie, I placed my order fully expecting to be disappointed and prepared to "MacGyver" it together to make it work. This was certainly not the case. The manufacturing tolerances were perfect. The final product is a snug, taught assembly that feels incredibly stable given the materials used, and the customer support is top notch. Buy with confidence!
