I used my stethoscope maybe 2-3 times before the metal part of the charm broke in half. I keep my stethoscope in a case and only take it out at work, so it’s not like this was getting a lot of wear and tear. I looked into getting a replacement or a refund which I was told is not possible with this product. I understand that it’s customized, but my assumption when buying it was that it would last more than a couple days.

Initially the order came late, it took a month for it to finally be delivered. After receiving the charm I noticed that it was wrong. The name was thankfully spelled correctly but the gem charm I had on it was the incorrect color.

Definitely get what you see. Its small and does fit stethoscope with minor crimping. They did get the spelling right. Good for small gift.
