The wheel in the middle fell out. I barely used this thing 5 times since I bought it and now it won't go up. It just stays down. 2 stars cause when I used it i did get a great workout.

Works very well. The front screws into the bolt which does change the stride significantly, easy to use, small, compact and portable, I can feel it in my legs and abdomen. I am happy with my purchase!
