Seems heavier than the original. Comes with its own screws looks and feels well made running for a month now no issues. Time will tell about how long it will last. Definitely buy again

Very good replacement, be careful putting the bolts on they are not threaded.

Let me explain the three star review. The product works great once installed. The installation was the problem. The mounting holes for bolting the spindle to the deck we're drilled but not tapped. I had to tap them myself to allow the bolts to hold the spindle to the deck. Not a big deal because I had the tools to do it but it's not practical for the average person to have to do that.UPDATE: The spindle bearings failed ~3.5 months after installation. The bearings heated up to the point of smoke coming out from under the deck. The spindle is nearly siezed and now I'm left to fix this problem again.

Worked as intended for my toro timecutter! Great price and excellent and fast service. They come with self tapping screws that have to be tapped into spindle but was easy to do.

Price was good. Fit was good.Comes with the four mounting self taping bolts.. others didn'tcome with them. The bad. Soft metal. Not oem.I had to cut off one that was new after trying to take off blades to sharpen. I got a replacement. But I think it's cheap Chinese metal.. the aluminum cast spindle is good.the threds bend iv never seen this.

Direct replacement for the spindles on a TORO ss5000. Take it easy tightening the bolts. I used a 1/2" impact and snapped one head off. Don't matter though 3 bolts is plenty for these. Or don't be like me and use an impact gun

These are from the exact manufacturer as the factory spindles.Only difference is the Toro stamped on the spindle. Surprised thatthe noise was greatly reduced from new spindles. The original ones spuneasily and seemed to work fine. I bought new spindles because I thought I bent one.I don’t think I bent it but it did require a shim to level the blades due to bent deck. The new spindles are a generic version of what the Toro factory sells.Toro sells the same unit but they stamp their brand on it.These spindles are NOT tapped for the bolts. The new hardware is made tap threads into the aluminum boss.

Got my first one from this vendor a few years ago and it still works like it's brand new. The 2nd originaly pully blew 2 years ago and went back for a 2nd one from this vendor; same qualtiy, same performance, great price! Highly recomment this part for the 42" Toro ZTR.
