I bought these to replace the screw in feet on my workbench. They make my workbench mobile now and they lock for when I need it stationary.

My wife and I about to casters for her mid arm, sewing machine. They work fabulously and cost not anywhere in the ballpark of the casters from the company that made the sewing machine

I purchased these wheels, hoping it would hold the weight of my piano and the stand that it rests on. I’m happy to say that it exceeded my expectations. The wheels easily roll on my hardwood flooring without making any marks. I purchased the 2 inch wheels and the size definitely adds a bit of height to my piano stand, but luckily that wasn’t a problem for me. The quality seems great so far, but only time will tell how long these wheels last. The locking mechanism is pretty good, it does require a significant amount of force to lock it and unlock it. For my use, I worry about the portion of the break that makes contact with the wheel. It seems that it’s a little sharp and since I use it to play the piano, I just have to be weary of where my feet are, so that I accidentally don’t cut myself. Overall it’s good for the money you pay for.

These little casters roll extremely well, the brakes are very solid when applied and the mounting stems are quite stable.For smaller projects these casters are the perfect addition.Being that the wheels are smaller diameter, they're perfect for concrete or wood floors and they don't appear to mar the surface or leave any marking, at least that I can see.The brakes are tiny bit stiff, but that's because they apply pressure to the wheel across the wheel's face, so they're quite strong when applied.Overall, yes, I would recommend this product.

We ordered these to replace wheels on a coffee table from IKEA we didn't want to throw out. Worked wonderfully! Added a pop of color and an industrial look. Could have ordered a bigger size, but these were just fine.

I bought these to replace some others I had bought. The old ones had flat-spotted wheels due to softer material. This new set has a harder material and operate very nicely.

I bought a very large/expensive stainless steel bird cage with tiny plastic wheels. It looked very odd and wouldn't even make it over carpet. These awesome wheels solved the issue! I used some metal epoxy to place the wheel sleeve (female end) into the bottom of the cage where the old plastic wheels were and let it set. I then screwed in the Stem Caster Wheels. WOW! What a huge improvement! It even rolls over grass with ease for hosing down the 300 lb. cage! For me, these wheels were well worth the money.

Update 29 Dec 2024: Lasted 1 year and 2 months before totally breaking mounting studs. Broke in use. Cannot support anywhere near 300lbs. Rolling or static load.Update 5 Oct 2024: stems on 3 of 4 have bent more than 10 degrees from straight. Just from rolling bed to dust and occasionally mop under it. Just me in the bed. Not holding up under use. Docked to 3 sparkly things.The brakes work well with minimal pressure to operate either way. Wheels look very much like urethane and do not mar my real solid oak hardwood floors at all. The ball bearings for the caster mechanism are the only issue as they have a lot of slop and are loosely packed with no grease fittings. Wheel bearing are sealed and smooth. Very good weight support; I have my queen bed and steel adjustable frame on them along with me at about 450 pounds with no strain.
