I liked the price compared to other's and this one was cheaper in price, plus this drag link is adjustable. The factory one wasn't and front wheels were fighting with each other. With the adjustable drag link that can be fixed and made it steering much easier.The part was as described and it fit as it should.I'm very happy with the part and I would tell anyone that asked me that I am very happy with it.Thank for selling a good product 👍

By no fault of this company what so ever, it was the wrong side. I have to lay the blame unfortunately on my 90 year old Dad. His riding lawn mower is getting older and every year its something that needs to be replaced. We can't afford to purchase a new rider for him. So I found the the model # that was needed, ordered it & it arrived in 3 days. From what I could tell it seemed fine at the time. He was excited to get out to the garage and replace it or what I call tinkering with the lawn mower. Shortly after being outside he returned and proceeded to let me know it was the wrong one, he needed the left side Drag Link. Luckily these parts aren't that expensive and now if the right side breaks he'll have that part already.The Drag Link is made of heavy duty metal but the black caps on the end are made of plastic and that is what keeps breaking. We had the same issue last summer. I wish there was some way to just get that plastic piece, but that's not happening.I am so grateful that Dad can do his own maintenance on his rider (he even goes as far as to wash it every times he's done using it) otherwise we would have a huge bill for labor & parts.I would definitely suggest this company for lawn mower parts.
