The steel round shim has an unpolished (mill) surface and a standard tolerance. Steel provides good strength. It is magnetic.

They also can be used to fill gaps between machine parts that are prone to wear. Shapes include round, notched, and slotted.

Wear resistance indicates the ability to prevent surface damage caused by contact with other surfaces. Hardness (commonly measured as indentation hardness) describes its resistance to permanent surface deformation.

I would not buy from again. It took three weeks to get these. They are not a washer they are tin foil. I am going to ask Amazon to give me a refund.

Bought these to improve the magnetic pull between my phone case and a magnetic charger. Worked exactly as planned. Good quality, though they did arrive bent and creased. It didn't affect my purposes.
