So, they're a little lighter than "hotel pans" should be, BUT they feel pretty durable. I haven't had the chance to use them yet, I got these for a group dinner this month. I did clean them, they clean well, I used a scrub daddy on them easy. I feel I should be able to use my steel wool on this if I need to, lightly, and it shouldn't damage them because there's no real coating on them. The sides and bottom do "pop" if you put pressure on them, showing again, that they are thinner than traditional hotel pans. The size is very accurate, deep sides, long pan can fit the biggest meals. I think they should function as expected for their intended purpose. I'll update if things go less than expected.

The pans are exactly what I have been looking for. They fit my hot box perfectly. I haven't used them yet but I'm sure they will work fine. Great quality and weight.

I would like to say that I have purchased these twice before from different companies and the material was not for food .. these right here are of a true mixture of stainless steel and aluminum.. it keeps warm even after leaving the warmer off .. the size don't talk about size it can hole 1and a half gallons of rice comfertable.. not with cover on.. the rice I did was pea and rice since am from the caribean.. I recommend this to you .. it's value for your money.. it was a great buy for me have another set in my cart!!!

Just what I needed. I bought these for myself - Besides my own use, Church has multiple functions I'm involved with that require foil pans. I got tired of accidents waiting to happen... I have a friend who caters as well big family get togethers requiring - line up the pans/cover and you're ready to go without a lot of wasted table space. Use liners or a foil pan for easier clean-up.

Stainless steel pans that are easy to clean and make hosting parties at my house a breeze. Love being able to heat, store and serve food from the same pans. They clean up nice and are quality stainless steel. Can be used for times outside of barbecuing and parties as well including food prep and storage and they travel nicely.

I underestimated how deep 6 inch pans are. I love this though because we like to host gatherings and filling just one of these pans is enough to feed a small crowd. They are well designed and sturdy I'm very pleased.
