Just purchased this product for my auto detailing business for a fast replacement for my big one needing repair! This thing sprays steam in under a minute and it’s a steady amount! The longer you wait the more power and steam available to you! For $160 with the $30 off coupon it works great but haven’t used it in real world beating it up yet! I do maintain my equipment all the time so hopefully this lasts awhile! Will up after more testing also I feel you need to be careful with the lid for water as it’s very cheap and cracked already!! Other then that great product

This steam cleaner has been a great addition to my cleaning routine. It heats up in under a minute, so there’s no long wait to get started, and I love that I can refill it anytime without having to let it cool down. The detachable hose is really useful for getting into tight spaces, and it works well on a variety of surfaces, including tile, grout, and furniture. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, but still puts out plenty of steam to tackle tough messes. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient tool for deep cleaning around the house.

Update: customer service reached out and really responded with enthusiasm to improve both service and product.I wanted to love this steam cleaner but water builds up in the hose an spits out alot of water out untill steam reaches the end again. When in use it leaks heavily in almost every attachments. When using on large areas or long times handle tends to get hot to hold. Not for a distracted cleaner.I give 2 stars with all the issues it does work to clean many places I do like the set up with the rolling behind, long hose and ease of refilling

I love this little steamer. I have been using another brand for the past 4 years and the lever on the wand doesn't work any more so I ordered the Awasky. It is so easy to use and heats up so quickly. It shows the temperature as it heats us. The steam comes out with a real force. It looks smaller than my other one, but holds more water and steams for a much longer time. You can refill without waiting for it to cool down as the receptacle is not where the water heats up. Saves a lot of time. I am so far very happy with this.

Heats up as fast as they say and does a very good job only draw back is the first 10 seconds or so even when on steam mode it will spit out water. Also make sure not to use tap water hard water stains can reduce flow

First of the quality of the hose on this is very thick and not cheap plastic. Comes with a ton attachments and my favorite part is that the base has wheel so as your cleaning you it easy wheels with no pull. I have done our whole house and not had to fill up the tank so don’t underestimate the size of it! I looked for a few hours on steam cleaners that didn’t have to wait to fill due to the pressure and this was the only one that came up. It does not disappoint! Steam output is incredible and it gets the job done leaving your area looking professionally cleaned. The customer service is absolutely amazing. I had an issue when it first arrived and they responded in less than 24 hours to fix to the issue.One tip: if you are cleaning and leave the machine on with no use for a few minutes the machine will stay idle so when you go to steam, straight water will shoot out for 2-4 seconds before steam. I usually just open the base so that water just goes back in and I don’t have to carry around a bowl or cup. Great buy and worth it!

Maybe I am using it wrong, but I run out of steam/hot water and need to wait for it to heat up again. I think I am just doing too much at once lol. But it does work, it does steam, comes with lots of accessories, and lots of warnings so you DON't hurt yourself. This compact steamer may be small but its cleans big jobs with no problems. The best thing is that it heats up quick and the steam keeps coming and the detachable hose is great and all the accessories you need to get started. Used it on a cleaning job for two days and it did not disappoint and it got the job done quickly and with no problems at all. So if you are looking for a great compact steamer this little giant will do you right.

It's very durable and compact. The power pressure is strong and really works well. It was worth the buy.
