Use for rolling up braciole or thinly sliced stuffed chicken or pork cutlets. Strong enough for roasts too!

Have been looking for twine and this twine fits all my requirements!! And it is in 2 small bundles, which is really nice for keeping one in my kitchen drawer!!!

I use twine not only for trussing birds and roasts, but to bundle newspapers for recycling. This particular brand is great for the former, so-so for the latter.If you tie it to tightly, it is tendent to snap. But it is absolutely strong enough for kitchen use.
