I needed a staple puller for work and didn't want to spend a bunch for it . I could use , but don't necessarily need , a stapler as well for occasional use and I couldn't pass up on this deal . The puller will get used 100 to 1 over the stapler for now but as I get used to having a stapler handy on my forklift I may find myself using it more often .Anyway to use it as a tack stapler isn't the easiest thing and it feels like it's gonna break when I open it up but it'll work . I like the smaller length staple sleeves as a box being so much smaller will be very useful for me . The staple puller works . It does what it is designed to do plain and simple .You can find better at a much higher price but I doubt you'll find better at the asking piece of this combo .
