I have a Proto 6ton Puller similar to this new one. I got it in 1962 it had a center that was a spring loaded ball and the fit was very secure and easy to assemble or remove. This new one uses a circlip which tries to climb the centers shaft. Once assembled it is very loose and unstable. Either the fits are over or undersized, or both are off. The case arrived with protruding dents from, I suppose the unpadded parts inside. The box or case was very well and padded inside it's shipper box. I am concerned that my tool may break its screw shaft and or ruin a part. Is there something you could provide to correct this. Much thanks for the rapid delivery.
