Nice it comes with a new bracket and retaining star. Comes with some connectors but if you are using the factory connection you will need you own red butt connectors and heat shrink. Not only was my old sensor not working it was a source of vacuum leak.

This normally open VOES switch is set to close at 6 in Hg of Vacuum. Not 6" length. I measured with Vacuum gauge. Was kind of confusing at first till it arrived in the mail. So i'm helping others. Item should be described in units of vacuum units, in Hg, not just inches. I myself will remove silicone plug, and re-adjust screw to my needed vacuum setting for my Harley ignition to advance the ignition for my hot rodded engine where it needs to advance the timing. Then fill back with silicon to reseal. So basically, as is, when engine vacuum from carburetor reaches or goes goes above 6 in Hg vacuum, getting on the throttle, the ignition module advances the ignition curve. When at idle, the vacuum will be lower, or 6 in Hg or below, then ignition timing will retard accordingly. Most older Harley engines with carburetors have ignitions with two ignition map curves. One for low speed, and low throttle riding or idle, and an advance curve when passing cars or just going WOT or wide open throttle.
