Fortunately fixed the A/C - compressor was not turning on. Has worked for 2 months now.

I deliberately paid more for this one specifically because the photos and the descriptions said "Made in USA". I paid $15 for this one switch, whereas the imported ones are two for $10. The switch that arrived was in a box that said "Intermotor Genuine Import Parts", and "Imported" and "Made in China". The part itself was black in color instead of gray. (The genuine Toyota part I'm replacing is gray). This one is stamped "Made in China". While the part might be fine, I don't appreciate the false advertising. I'm returning this one and will either continue to hunt for a US-made part, or I'll get the Chinese parts for 1/3 the cost of this one.

Bought this for my 2008 Camry ac, which doesn't actually have an ac relay. Ended up needing it for my son's 2003 Camry, which needed a replacement ac relay. If the ac light blinks on pre-2007 Camrys, it's frequenly this relay controlling the compressor clutch going bad (second time on son's 2003). This part is also used to control horn, lights and other functions, so a spare is handy to have.

Installed 2003 Toyota Matrix fog lights but didn't use the wiring kit as Toyota pre-wires cars for most accessories.Bought a new headlight switch with twisty fog light control on it and installed it, got the fog lights from Amazon and installed them, the plug is a quick connect. Last piece was the relay which plugged right in and fog lights turned on with the first try.

Worked like a charm when adding oem lighting (fogs). Used for fog lamp relay on my sr5 as it did not come equipped with fog lamps and therefore was missing this relay. If purchased will also need either stalk or switch with fog lamp functioning.

The air conditioning stopped working on my 2003 4Runner, and after a LOT of troubleshooting and research I found that this relay has a known and predictable failure rate. I changed the relay and my A/C stated working again!I bought 2 so as to have a backup on board. Oh, the Toyota dealership wanted $95 for this part. I think I payed $15 on Amazon. Gotta love it!
