Part is supposed to be brand new. I purchased it and installed it but it still was not working. After months of my vehicle not starting I decided to troubleshoot the problem. Fuel pump was not cutting on at all becuase it was not getting signal. Brought a new fuel pump still no signal. I decide to open the relay to test the pins to fuel pump still no signal unless I manually complete the circuit. That is not how this device is supposed to work

My 1999 Acura RL would stall out randomly but after installing this relay my car has not stalled a single time. What a relief!!!
