Ordered 5/18/18. Installed a couple days later. This item failed 4 months later, almost to the day. When this unit faild it caused a humming groaning noise to come from the air filter housing. Very loud and noticeable. Found the old one, cleaned it out with carb cleaner and reinstalled. End of problem. Car actually runs better than it did with this unit.17 years on the original. 2001 Mustang GT 4.6L
