Concrete stamps size

Concrete stamp construction process
The simplest construction process is to apply demoulding powder on the freshly poured concrete floor after finishing and smoothing it out for about 2 to 3 hours. Then, place the mold on top and press out the patterns. Demoulding powder must be applied, otherwise the mold will stick to cement.
If you need to do color, the construction process is to sprinkle a layer of colored powder on the freshly laid and smoothed concrete surface (the main components of this powder are a mixture of cement, sand, and iron oxide pigment, with a cement to sand ratio of 1:1, and iron oxide pigment added as needed), then continue to smooth, sprinkle a layer of release powder, and then press the mold onto it. After about 7 days of maintenance, clean the surface layer thoroughly and apply a layer of protective agent.
