10/10 It's great for using on a second floor! I can get on and off it without any difficulty, it's strong and light. I'm happy I found it; I had bought another one at Walmart and had to return it because the first time I used it a rear tire fell off, so I was looking for reviews of other brands until I found this one and decided to buy it.

This cart is sturdy and rolls so easily. The rear wheels work amazingly well on the stairs. I had a little trouble getting the front wheels to pop on but did finally get it. The only thing that would improve it is if it had an extension on the handle. I have to lean over going down the stairs, which removes some of the safety of it. I plan to attatch a leather strap onto the handle to see if that will help. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Setting this cart up takes a bit of effort—you have to get rough with it to get the wheels to click into place—but I understand why it’s designed that way. Once assembled, it’s sturdy and works great!This cart is big, which I love. The wheels are much better for stairs, making it way easier to haul things up and down. I use it for both trash and laundry since I live in an apartment, and the removable liner is super convenient. I can keep my clothes in it, then just take the liner out when it’s time to take out the trash.Overall, I love this cart! It’s spacious, durable, and perfect for apartment living.

Easy to assemble. It’s large enough to hold all of our groceries & get them upstairs easily. My husband was impressed with the way it walked up without struggling. Fairly sturdy. Good buy

I was so excited to try this item but it’s not at all worth the hype and you’ll throw your back out trying to drag it up the stairs.The build is CHEAP. The cart arrived damaged in multiple spots. The wheels are flimsy and the black bag for the interior continuously collapses in on itself. The wheels also can’t even go straight on flat ground.The wheels don’t go up the stairs with ease. I had ~20 lbs in the cart which I can carry just fine but trying to get that up with this cart was so painful on my legs, back and arms.Good luck if you try to return. Once it’s built, it can’t be unbuilt and the box it arrives in is very thin and can’t hold the completed product.I was so excited to try this item I had seen all over social media but it’s such a pain and I can’t believe how poorly it works.

I live in a 2nd floor condo. This is perfect for bringing in groceries or shopping items. I’m able to make 1 trip from the garage. I got the stair wheels that makes it seem steadier. Perfect product and folds flat for storage. I’ve never used the liner so can’t comment on that.

I would give this a10 if I could. Sturdy- keep under 100 pounds. Some reviews downgraded it as they overloaded it. Don’t do that! It is very roomy. I love the strong liner that slips over it with a cover!! Easy to assemble (I’m an older woman)! It does NOT collapse unexpectedly as one reviewer said. If you pull up from the front of the cart - it will close. That is how to collapse the cart for storage. To operate - Pull the cart up stairs from the handle. Push the cart from the handle on flat surfaces. I also love have the handle covered in silicone/rubber material (not sure the type). I live way up north and it is friendly on the hands in cold weather. It DOES HAVE A LATCH TO KEEP IT CLOSED. It’s a small plastic one on the cart that attaches to another part of the cart once you close the cart. It is also removable. I did a lot of research and this is the cart that checked all my boxes!! I highly recommend!!!

Easy to build good enough size.The wheels feel flimsy. Will get the job done. Not too heavy loads
