Okay! I am impressed. It was pretty easy to put together. I had issues with the knobs but that was because the bike wasn’t fully opened in order for the knobs to align with the holes. Once I figured that out — it was pretty quick to put together.It’s easy to store. You just unscrew the knobs and boom! And to put it back together for use, you just add the knobs back— it’s very quick.I have neighbors under me so I use mine with a mat, but it doesn’t seem to make much noise. I use it for 20 mins as of now — those 20 mins go fast too. I definitely be needing to get off every 5 mins to rest for a couple of seconds ! 😂 My calves be burning! 🥵 So clearly it’s working. I feel safe on it; so the build quality is there. I sit my iPhone on it with headphone on, and I be good to go.You can adjust the level of the bar, so you can lean or stand up straight. It’s easy to move to put away. I’m happy with this investment. I plan to rotate between this and my YouTube workouts, for now.

1st this is not an alternative to having a commercial stepping device. No way of adjusting the resistance and the cord rubs keeping the sliding foot pegs from being smooth. I would rate it higher if you are in need for a beginning workout. Assembly was fast and easy. Just had in my mind as an alternative to having a stepping machine

Easy enough to setup. Wish it had resistance on the steps. Package arrived in a box that was destroyed. Item was ok. Works well enough to get a workout in.

This is a great at home stair stepper. This was easy to assemble. Folds up for easy storing when not using. There are 3 different peddle settings.

Before you start using it, make sure the cable is on the pulley. It can shake off the pulley track during transit.Otherwise it will strip the plastic off of the cable. There is a video on this page that shows you how to check it and fix it.Customer support still replaced it and was absolutely amazing.The machine is wonderful! I have very limited space and it takes up very little room. Folds up easily. There are 3 peddle settings so you can work out different areas of your legs and buttocks. You will feel the burn in little time.This is made from quality equipment and is priced great for the budget.I will be buying other equipment from this seller.Thank you!

This stair stepper does not have an adjustable resistance and does not offer much resistance. I have to use it for quite a while just to feel like i’ve done anything. I would say this is more for someone just starting out with very low cardio capabilities. It is built well and feels sturdy. I am looking at how to change out the resistance cord to make it a harder more productive workout.

This seems to be a common problem that the company should address so other people don’t have the same issue. The coating on one of the cables came shredded exposing the wire part of the cable. Returned the item. Don’t trust a replacement since so many have had the same issue.I will say that it was super easy to put together. Was bummed it did not work out.

I bought this to start working out and get ready for skiing. It arrived in time, easy to put together (took me 5 min), and instructions are simple to read. Quality seems good so far, and it does give you a good workout . Doesn’t take up much space and easy to put away. Would recommend for small spaces as well. Your legs feel the burn after a bit, and the machine seems to hold up overall. My husband uses it as well with no issues, he is 5’9, 250 lbs. Overall, I’m happy with the product I purchased.
