The retailer was great, first package got lost and they shipped a replacement (the wrong size, but hey, it's the thought, right). But the trays themselves are so thin that they get bent in shipping, and these things will never be straight again. Just not heavy enough metal to warrant shipping in a padded envelope. I got one flat enough to be usable, the other is garbage, it'll never lay flush against a surface and that makes it useless.
