This is a well-constructed ladder for very occasional use around the house or yard. At full extension it will feel a bit bouncy, so not recommended for people with poor sense of balance or who don't know how to keep their weight forward when using extension ladders. But for things like getting up on a low roof a couple times a year to clean out gutters, it's fine and reasonably priced for a stainless steel tool.

I needed a ladder that would collapse down and Easy Storage not too heavy so it works for what I need but it's pretty flimsy. I feel very unsafe when I get any higher than a fourth of the way up at. But it is easy to use the functionality is super easy.
