I wasnt sure what to expect here. But i was not disappointed. Its a great looking steering knob. Made of decent materials, easy to install, its not going to leave imprints on the steering wheel once removed. Helps me smoothly palm my wheels for nice easy maneuvering of the truck. Its relatively small but a comfortable fit. Not cheap, cheesy, or obnoxious like like most steering knobs.

I installed this on my Silverado and although it comes with 3 different size saddles and some internal spacers, it's a bit loose on the wheel.

I purchased this spinner over 10 years ago due to a complete tear of my right rotator cuff and it helped my driving so much it's still on my car today. I just bought another one for my wife's car because I tore the right side recently and it also performs beautifully. The spinner protrudes just 3/4" off the steering wheel, is elegantly designed and performs so effortlessly driving is a breeze... keeps on spinning! So glad it's still being sold!

Installed on a 2023 Ford Explorer XLT steering wheel. Initially tested fit with the smallest "saddle" bracket: "almost" perfect fit, but with a little "mobility" on the wheel. Used same bracket with ONE of the supplied spacer pads (untrimmed): PERFECT fit with no "mobility" on the wheel. Plus, it "auto-aligned" to the wheel's curvature, making the "spinner" perfectly parallel to the wheel's face.Usage: the "spinner" is completely "free-spinning" with zero "binding". The "leather" cap perfectly rests in my palm and feels really good! A big plus is the spinner gives me a positive "home position" for my hand on the steering wheel. It doesn't impede my use of any steering wheel controls (i.e., cruise control button) and it's loads easier to "spin" the steering wheel with the palm on the "spinner".After a while I might relocate the "spinner" on the wheel for better hand alignment (not much of a movement?), but for now I'm not disappointed with the product.1/2/2025 update: NO CHANGE in rating - still 5 stars!I had to relocate the spinner position from the original "8:30" installation to the "10:00" position due to unexpected "elbow strain" (i.e., my elbow was always in a "90 degree" position). The new position allows my arm to be "extended" on the wheel, which is a relief for the elbow. I can still "slide" my palm to the wheel controls if needed, then move it back to the spinner location with no loss of "control".Moral of the story: don't be afraid to experiment with the spinner location to find the OPTIMUM LOCATION for ** YOUR ** steering preferences! :)
