Order three of them total, first two came in excellent condition, third one came in absolutely bad condition I assuming because of the shipping process. Disappointed.

First the Cons:Packaging is little more than non existent in that Speed rack is wrapped in a plastic bag and then thrown in a cheap tissue paper thin box. Every corner on the rack was bent and folded in on itself. If you order this, be prepared to know how to do metal work if you have any desire of getting it back into a reasonable appearance.Pros:Good gauge steel, even when folded in on itself the tack welds have held.Now to get back to my hammer and dollys and straighten this thing out so it's useful and has a moderately acceptable appearance.

The overall quality of the product is good. However, the item was not packaged well and the corner of the box was badly torn and the corner of the speed rail is very bent at an 90° angle and won’t be able to be straightened. It doesn’t sit flush against the wall as it should. Very disappointed.
