Make sure you read the dimensions before ordering. It was smaller than I thought it was going to be but wound up working perfectly for what I needed it for. I have not had any rats get through it yet!!

I ordered this roll of material to put over my downspout drains, as rodents continually climb in them, build nests, store nuts, and otherwise cause issues. I've tried using plastic and metal sieves for this previously, unsuccessfully for a variety of reasons. I was able to triple layer the screen, and very easily contour (bend) it to the exact shape I needed, to avoid holes that a rodent could get through. I then used a zip tie to secure the mesh in place and prevent slippage.So far, this is working great. I noted the chipmunk that I displaced nosing around the covered opening, and try as he did, he was not able to enter the downspout. Time will tell if the mesh will hold up, and I will make a note to update this review in the future. For right now though, this mesh is working great, is a fair and decent value, and deliverers exactly as it says.

I cut and stuffed this material in known mouse entry points/ holes in my chicken coop. Stopped all entry/activity. Works great.

The mesh is as described. Useful. But we can't figure out how they make it.
