I use these hooks with M8 hammer nuts in aluminum T-track and they are more than strong enough. They would also work fine with Tee-nuts or regular nuts. The included washer is threaded and can be adjusted or removed. The spring clip seems sturdy and closes strongly. Quality seems excellent, better than I had hoped.

Product exceeded expectations. The stainless steel design is sturdy and the hook clasp is strong. The fastening washer locks the hook in tight in place.

Once I figured out the size of the bolt was M8, it was easy and worked exactly how you would expect it to.
