I purchased this scoop for the ice bin in my GE Cafe freezer. It is just the right size at 9.6"L x 3.3"W. It keeps us from having to dig in with our hands and holds more than we could grab with one hand. It looks nice and is made of food safe stainless steel so it won’t rust. We just leave it in the bin on top of the ice, but there is a little loop on top that you could use to hang it outside the freezer. A simple product that makes life easier.

This is a great ice scoop. Narrow enough to go in any glass. Quality feel. One problem is if you keep it in the freezer it gets very cold. If your hands are wet at all you will stick to this scoop. Truth is I like it a lot however, it is freezing cold and you have to be careful when you pick it up. I would buy again but feel like the handle should be dipped.

I wanted want that was larger than the tiny ones I had purchased previously. I was initially worried about this being metal, and would it stick to my hands in the freezer, and it really doesn't. It has been working perfectly well for us. And i LOVE the fact that we're not grabbing ice with our bare hands. Yuck! Defintely a good buy, this piece.

Purchased this to use as our ice scoop. Had purchased a different one prevously and the sides didnt roll in enough and it was not as nice of quality. It is a solid quality scoop. The size of the scoop allows for the ice to easily be poured into water bottles or glasses. It is not a huge ice scoop but it is a great size for what we use it for. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase it again.
