I wish I had bought it sooner. I’m usually the only one who packages the freeze dried food. It was difficult keeping the bag open while pouring the food in the bag. This makes it so much easier. You won’t regret buying this tool.

This is a must for freeze drying tools! It makes removal and filling jars or mylar bags a cinch! Cuts time in half for removing freeze dried eggs from the trays to go into food processor! The size perfectly fits my large trays and the design placement of the handle is not awkward at all. Super easy cleanup, not flimsy, and a great value for all who freeze dry foods! I’ll probably buy a spare!

Looks good.Works well. Good value for the money. Probably won't last for a long time as it is kind of light.
